1. Returns for Unwanted Items

If you have changed your mind about a purchase, you may return the item(s) to us for a refund or exchange under the following conditions:

  • Timeframe: You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Condition: Items must be unopenedunused, and in their original packaging with all seals intact.
  • Hygiene Exception: Due to strict hygiene and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on e-liquids, disposables, or opened tanks/pods unless they are faulty.
  • Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

2. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, we are here to help.

  • Timeframe: Please report any faults to us as soon as possible, ideally within 30 days of delivery.
  • Assessment: We may ask for photos or a description of the issue before authorising a return. For hardware, we may need to test the device upon return to confirm the manufacturing defect.
  • Exclusions: This warranty does not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
  • Refund/Replacement: If the item is confirmed faulty, we will offer a full refund or a replacement free of charge. We will also reimburse reasonable return postage costs for confirmed faulty items.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Processing Time: If approved, your refund will be processed immediately.
  • Credit: The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 working days (depending on your bank).
